In the days before cosmetic lotions were invented, sake was diluted with water and used as a multipurpose skin hydrator. Geishas would use leftover sake to condition their skin before going out. The amino acids in sake are said to have amazing moisturising abilities, while naturally occurring Kojic Acid brightens the skin and fades pigmentation.

This sake lotion contains the same amount of amino acids as an entire bottle of Japanese sake. It also includes placenta extract, arbutin and skin repairing ceramides.

With this generous 500 ml bottle, it can be used on your entire body, not just your face!

This “High Moisture” version is extra nourishing & alcohol free, making it more ideal for dryer skin types.
