The miracle ingredient in this toner is Yeoju rice. Rich in Gamma Oryzanol, the ingredients in this toner is great for dull complexions.

Rice also contains Kojic Acid. Continuous use of this toner will help fade hyper-pigmentation and brighten the complexion.

Directions

Before use, shake well to mix the water and emulsion layers
Dispense onto face with hands or cotton pad and pat in to absorb into the skin.
Can be layered up multiple times to create a flawless base for make up 😍
